Leo Watts is the founder, owner, and lead consultant at Dallas Admissions Consulting and AmericanAdmissions. He has worked as an SAT / ACT tutor and coordinator for five years and previously owned and operated Advanced Scholars Tutors. He studied philosophy, psychology, and economics at New York University’s prestigious Gallatin School and also holds a B.A. from the Interdisciplinary Studies Program at UT Dallas. Stephen holds a B.A. in Ethics and Politics and Economics from Yale University and a Master’s Degree in Theology/Theological Studies from Regent College. He worked for seven years directing strategic planning for several government programs and initiatives affecting TeamPraxis' client base of 17,000 physicians, and oversaw client education and preparation to earn federal incentives for the use healthcare information technology, including creating and conducting education and training workshops, webinars and conference calls, as well as written resources, before deciding to enroll in a Doctorate of Religious Studies at the Dallas Theological Seminary.
Michael Pomeroy boasts extensive experience as a professional tutor for the GRE, GMAT, LSAT, SAT, ACT, and various academic subjects. He holds a Master's degree in Biology and a BS in Neurobiology from The University of Texas. He has tutored professionally for more than eight years and also worked as a teaching assistant at The University of Texas. Michael is in his third year at SMU's Dedman School of Law and also advises clients on the Law School and Graduate School application process.

Sean received a full ride scholarship to The University of Oklahoma, where he received a BS and MS in Economics. After teaching himself how to ace the LSAT, Sean went on to become a successful LSAT and GMAT tutor for a major test prep company. Looking for his next big challenge, he applied to and got accepted to the best law school in Texas, The University of Texas School of Law on scholarship. He acts as Dallas Admissions Consulting and American Admission Lead Law School Advisor and helps clients navigate the complex world of getting accepted to Law School in The United States.
Maija Wallace holds a M.A. International Development from Sciences Po in France, a B.S. International Political Economy from UT Dallas, and a TEFL Teaching English certification. She has worked as an English teacher in Istanbul, Turkey, and spent a year as a Fulbright scholar teaching English in Santander, Spain. She edits admissions essays and resumes for students across the world.
